Presidential Debates

CNN website có một cái poll ngay sau khi debate, 67% people think Obama is “Who fared better in the first presidential debate?”

I agree that “Obama fared better in the first Presidential debate” but that was expected. Mr. Ob has always been the front runner in delivering his speech as well as presenting his self image. Isn’t that why he is considered the “most famous celebrity”! I often wonder why we so blindly believe in others just because of their ability to display a great image. I guess that is the reason for Holywood to always fare better than Bolywood when it comes to entertainment. :)

I have to disagree that “Ôi, nói cho cùng. Debate hay không debate đeu không thay đoi đưoc gì. Dân chu se mãi mãi đi bau cho Dân Chu. Cong Hoà cũng se đi bau cho Cong Hoà! Cham.” As long as we believe in the idea, we’re re-enforcing it. And what happens to Democracy and self-awareness !!!

Hmm, there is no way Obama can win and there is all way a justification, excuse from the right-wing. “Cai luoi khong xuong nhieu duong lat leo”. when an “certified, proven” intelligent guy gives a speech, he was accused of “making up a great front.” But then if he speaks in a stupid way like the current president, and “certified, proven” stupid, then of course he can win the election.
Funny!!!!!!
Actually it’s a known fact, left-wing will vote for Obama, right-wing will vote for Mc Cain, extreme right-wing nut job will vote for Mc Cain even though they can’t stand him. Extrem left-wing probably sit out of the election or forgot about if for having too much weeds, or convinced enough they might go for Obama. The only deciding factor is the independence. Oh and of course, given that this election is not going to be stolen…..

The debate is just for show, for those who want to see the ability of public speaking from Obama. Obama is charming, it is no doubt. He can paint a beautiful picture like Picasso, yet none of us have a fully understand what he talked about; Or just a few of us try to understand and support, or just simply having a beautiful dream to ease harshness in this material world.

McCain’s public speaking skill is zero, nada comparing with Obama’s. So what? At least he has some plans.

Anyhow, the American politics is democrat operation. Right now, the House of Representatives is belonged to Democratic Party now, so the executive branch should be headed by Republicans to balance out the governement. Otherwise, the U.S. will head to the path of communism :)

Oh well, none of the candidates are good enough in the presidential position. You should vote for the less evil one. If McCain wins this election, the U.S will have a chance to see Hilary Clinton or any female run for the White House. If Obama helds the office, the chance the U.S has a female president is a slim chance or should I say never (just look at the fact that delegates for Obama while Hilary Clinton won popular votes…. Grrrrrrrr………. this country is still very sexist)

This message was paid and approved by an independent voter and for femine movement :D

remember, one of the leader job is to inspire and to charm the nation, therefore public speaking counts (whether this matters or not I don’t know). That’s why Kerry lost b/c he was bored as a log. That’s why Kennedy won, and Clinton and Regean. Why do you think Regean won in the first place.

Obama has his style which fits some and don’t fit the others. But regardless, he doesn’t hmmm hmmmm stupidly or mislead by accident or mislead on purpose by the current president. He’s too young hmmm => no experience as you right wings accuse. But remember “you can’t teach old dogs new tricks.” That’s is McCain…. The world and any society will continue and need to evolve for survival, well but you can’t b/c old dogs don’t learn new tricks.

Remember the House, the House and the Senate has been for a long time Republicans until the Dem took back the Congress only recently.

And one more things, between Communism and Extreme Capitalism is Moderate Capitalism and Socialism. If the people could just set aside their hatred for Communism, just for once stop looking in the past and move to the future, they will not see the ghost of Communism in every aspect of their lives. And not to see everything in black and white.

And please make a trip to Europe or at least live there to see how Moderate Capitalism blended with Socialism in action.

@cd:
- Public speaking is one of the characters for a president but it is not essential. Reagan, did you forget something? He was governor TWICE for California back the 60’s. He was of the oldest president. He was one of the reason that Berlin failing out, etc, reading more about Reagan you will see that a president needs to walk a walk, not to talk a talk. Kennendy was a new breeze, and I suggest that you should read more about his family, especially his father to see how he got the office. Without his father, I don’t think Kenendy stepped in the White House with public speaking. Clinton, do you forget that he gets a wife, who also comes from an elite family (talk about nho+` vo+` like Arnold Schwarzenegger). And once again, did you forget something about Clinton? He was elected Governor of Arkansas twice. Just a few examples show that a president has public speaking is a plus, but not essential to become a president.

Obama can get elected because he gets smart, beautiful, and powerful women like his wife and Oprah Winfrey. Did you watch the first speech in Illinois for the first time ever when Obama decided run for president campaign. What’s a dissapointment. I can say without Oprah and all male delegates, Obama could not win over Hilary Clinton.

- Socialism: looking at France for an example. Once, you got a job, you don’t need to work hard, you don’t to be creative mod, you just simply relax and have benefits for lifetime until you the day you die. Those things that Americans yearn for year. Yet, the society becomes stagnant. The world is just in a stand still mod and might become existance. By nature law, everything needs to have at least have two forces like ying and yang, like magnic, etc.

One country, million opinions, one voice —> hahaha…… we, Americans, should move to China and learn from the greatest!
