Japanese Spinach Salad

Too lazy to take any photo in these days, I borrowed this image from this.  Here is my 15 minutes recipe:

1. Cook spinach in boiling water (with a pinch of salt) for 2 min

2. Then rince it under cold water

3. Mix it with the sauce (soy sauce + vinegar + fresh black pepper + oilive oil…)

Serve topped with sesame seeds.
